Access Your Life Force
The 5 Acts of Shiva
with Emma Szabo
Emotional Release & Emotional Digestion.
You are invited to journey through asana, mantra, mudra, journaling, somatic group process, free movement, authentic sharing to access the essence of your being, the source energy, your vitality.
Energy sometimes ends up being felt primarily in the head or in the torso which then cuts off body connection to wholeness and a sense of alignment.
When you understand how to have energy and aliveness equally in all parts of your body you will have more vitality.
In classical Tantra, we learn that the ‘subtle body’ digests emotions and experiences in much the same way that the physical body digests food—extracting energy and releasing waste, without remainder.
When we accumulate a lot of waste, it has a significant detrimental impact on our life experience overall. In this tantric tradition, one’s life-force is a finite quantity, undigested experiences one has, the less life-force one has available, resulting in fatigue, lack of flow, loss of passion, and/or a sense of separation or a physical blockage or disease in the body.
You are invited to access a sense of liberation by bringing more vitality to all parts of your body.
Bring your own journal and pen.

In this ReBirthing Breathwork Journey, you are invited to join a safe and sacred space, exploring the power of your breath.
As a bridge into the unseen, our breath is a tool to illuminate and heal ourselves from tension and stress held in our physical body, all the way into the very subtle energy body.
Together, we circle to set our intention, journey through deep relaxation, a visual meditation and into a 45 min Breathwork utilizing a slow and deep circular breath.
With the support of drums, Koshi chimes, crystal bowls, rainmakers, the voice and sound you will be able to invite, explore and free stagnant energies held within.
We finish this session with a gentle space for deep integration and healing and sharing circle.
Please allow 120 mins for this session. Drink plenty of water and rest to support integration.
