ALCHEMICAL PATH & ALCHEMY METHODOLOGY
The 300-Hour Alchemy Yoga Teacher Training sits at the heart of what Alchemy calls The Alchemical Path - a profound, element-based journey of study, practice, and transformation grounded in the life-affirming traditions of non-dual Shaiva & Shakta Tantra.
Rather than a fixed style, Alchemy Yoga uses five elemental containers: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether as intentional frameworks for teaching and practice. Each element becomes a lens through which you explore:
The physics and psychology of embodiment.
The art of presence and space-holding.
Myth, mantra, and meaning as living teaching tools.
The integration of body, breath, and consciousness into coherent classes and workshops.
This approach gives the training a cohesive methodology, not just a collection of techniques, so you graduate able to hold space with clarity, care, and purpose.
HIGH-LEVEL CURRICULUM THEMES
This training is divided into 240hr in person, 20hr homework and 40hr video content sent in advance. The 300hr training curriculum builds deeply on what you learned in the 200hr, refining both your practice and your teaching:
embodied leadership & nervous system awareness
teaching as a relational, responsive practice
the elemental containers as intentional learning tools
ethics, boundaries, and responsibility as a teacher
mentorship, reflection, and feedback
