Our 200hr & 300hr YTT allows students and teachers to experience an incredibly unique approach to traditional Tantra yoga through the lens of Kashmir Shaivism in a way that is relevant to the modern practitioner. It provides a strong platform to deepen one's practice and teach a distinct and transformative approach of yoga that seamlessly blends ancient wisdom and modern living - a practice that we call Alchemy Yoga.
