Please note that submitting this form does not confirm your event, as all applications are reviewed internally by our team, and confirmation will be shared once the process is complete.

Please note that AYMC typically books workshops 4 - 12 weeks in advance

Ie. Earlybird IDR 200K (until 30 Dec) 


Include any discount codes you would like to create and how much discount it will be

I.e. people with heart problems, those under 18yo.

Please provide a range of options of high resolution photos of the facilitator(s), preferrably with non cluttered background.
