Sound Healing Training (Himalayan Singing Bowls)
This is a 5-day immersive Sound Healing Training focused on working with Himalayan singing bowls.
Participants will learn foundational principles of sound and vibration, nervous system regulation, self-healing practices, and how to structure both 1-on-1 sound therapy sessions and group sound journeys.
The training includes practical techniques such as sound massage, chakra balancing, grounding protocols, and therapeutic bowl placement. We will also explore how sound can be used to support common physical conditions, such as lower back discomfort (including disc-related issues), leg numbness, and digestive imbalances.
Students will develop confidence in holding space.
The methodology is influenced by Innie’s training with the International Yoga Academy, where she completed her Sound Healing certification and has been assisting professional training since 2024. She has been offering sound healing sessions, workshops, and immersive experiences in Bali for the past few years.
No experience is needed; this training is suitable for beginners or therapists who want to bring the healing power of sound to their services.
