5OHR YTT -THE EMBODIED FEMININE
Yoga, Somatics & Tantra Teacher Training
The Embodied Feminine is a 6 day 50-Hour Yoga, Somatics & Tantra Teacher Training rooted in the Alchemy Water Element module.
The training is designed as a dedicated space for women to explore embodiment, emotional intelligence, intuitive movement, and cyclical living, recognizing the unique physiological, emotional, and energetic rhythms of the female body.
Drawing from Shakta Goddess traditions with philosophical grounding in Shaiva Tantra, the program explores the feminine principle while also acknowledging the complementary relationship between feminine and masculine energies within tantric philosophy.
Through practices such as elemental yoga, somatic & movement therapy, ritual, mantra, and nervous system regulation, participants deepen their relationship with the body as a vessel of awareness, expression, and healing.
Reclaim the wisdom of the feminine through movement, ritual, and embodied practice.
A central aspect of the training is women’s cyclical wisdom, exploring how movement, breath, ritual, and lifestyle practices can support the different phases of the menstrual cycle and cultivate a more conscious relationship with feminine rhythms.
As a teacher training, the program is designed not only for personal transformation but also to equip participants with the skills, tools, and confidence to facilitate embodied movement practices, somatic exploration, and feminine-centered rituals within yoga classes, workshops, and community spaces.
This specific training format has been newly developed as a specialized 50-hour training. The methodology integrates the facilitators many years of experience teaching yoga, facilitating teacher trainings, retreats, workshops, and somatic/embodied focused practices internationally.
The training brings together teachings from yoga, somatics, non-dual tantric philosophy, movement exploration, and feminine ritual & embodiment practices that have been shared across multiple teaching environments.

What Makes This Training Unique?
The Embodied Feminine offers a unique integration of yoga, somatics, tantric philosophy, movement exploration, and women’s cyclical wisdom, creating a training that bridges ancient yogic traditions with modern embodiment practices.
Rooted in Shakta Goddess traditions with philosophical grounding in Shaiva Tantra, the training explores the feminine principle as a pathway to deeper embodiment, emotional intelligence, and intuitive leadership. Rather than focusing solely on physical postures, this Teacher Training expands the practice of yoga to include somatic awareness, expressive movement, ritual practices, nervous system regulation, and devotional traditions such as mantra and kirtan.
A key element that distinguishes this training is its emphasis on women’s cyclical living, exploring how movement, breath, and ritual practices can support the natural rhythms of the female body. Participants learn how to align their practices and teachings with the phases of the cycle, cultivating a more sustainable and intuitive approach to wellbeing.
The training also draws from the Water Element within the Alchemy elemental framework, using the qualities of flow, adaptability, and emotional awareness as a foundation for embodied exploration.
Through this integration of philosophy, movement, ritual, and somatics, participants develop both personal embodiment and the skills to facilitate transformative experiences for others.

Sara Parlato Trigona
Sara is an internationally certified yoga and embodiment teacher with over 1.000 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, specializing in elemental yoga, somatic movement, meditation, and tantric philosophy. Her teachings integrate various elemental movement styles focusing on strength, flow, embodiment, kriya /pranayama, and somatic practices, with a strong philosophical foundation rooted in Non-dual Shaiva and Shakta Tantric traditions.
With a background in professional dance spanning almost two decades, Sara developed a refined understanding of body mechanics, movement exploration, and expressive embodiment. Movement was her first language for processing emotion and cultivating body awareness, which naturally evolved into a deeper study of yoga and somatic practices. She was introduced to yoga at the age of 15 through Ashtanga and Classical Hatha Yoga, sparking a lifelong study in various yogic traditions & lineages, movement, and spiritual practice.
Over the past 10+ years, Sara has continued her studies across multiple disciplines including somatics, ritual practices, nervous system regulation, Mantra, Bhakti traditions, and women’s cyclical health and hormonal intelligence. Her work bridges traditional yogic wisdom with modern movement science, creating practices that support embodiment, emotional intelligence, and sustainable strength within the body.
In addition to her yoga studies, Sara is also a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, with training in strength, functional movement, and injury prevention. Her personal journey navigating chronic injuries and autoimmune conditions deepened her interest in women’s health and cyclical living, leading her to integrate practices that support hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness.
Sara now facilitates international retreats, workshops, and Yoga Teacher Trainings, creating transformative spaces where movement, philosophy, ritual, and embodiment come together to support both personal growth and conscious facilitation.
