refund policy

Upon receiving an acceptance email, the applicant can pay in full or will be expected to pay a deposit of USD 260 to reserve their spot. Such deposit can be paid via credit card or bank/wire transfer and it’s non-refundable. The deadline to pay the remainder amount is 3 weeks prior to the start date of the training. Sale Price or Early Bird Price shall be paid in full. Final invoices will be emailed before the start date of the training or upon request.

 If applicant withdraws from the training after acceptance, but before start date: i) 100% of applicant’s deposit amount will be retained by Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center – this retained deposit amount can be applied towards a future training program; ii) any additional payments will be refunded.

 If applicant paid the Sale Price or Early Bird Price and withdraws from the program after acceptance, but before the program starts, they will be refunded the amount paid minus a standard fee of USD 260. 

​

 Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. 

​

​ The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full. 

special cases

In case a student needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstance that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the student can reschedule their training for any of our Yoga Teacher Trainings within the calendar year

bad conduct

No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.
