Deposits and payments for “Soma Chandra - 50hr in-person Yin Teacher Training'' taking place at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center and offered solely by Persia Juliet Rutchinski are non-refundable.  All bookings however are transferable to another date or offering solely by Persia Juliet.  In the event that Persia must postpone or cancel this “Soma Chandra 50hr in-person Yin Teacher Training,” you may transfer your full payment to another scheduled course or training with Persia Juliet, or you may request a refund of your payments, constituting a full settlement.

The “Soma Chandra 50hr in-person Yin Teacher Training” described on this website are both organized and operated by Persia Juliet Rutchinski. Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center provides the space for this training.  The Booking Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between Persia Juliet Rutchinski and yourself for the services provided by Persia Juliet Rutchinski and set out the basis of your legal relationship with Persia Juliet Rutchinski. 

By booking with Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center as owner of the space, and paying the non-refundable deposit, or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and that you agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions. Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed via e-mail sent by Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center after your deposit or full payment.  The contract comes into existence on the date such confirmation e-mail is sent.
