Ether Module : 100hr Meditation Teacher Training
Our 100hr Ether Module is a 2-Week Teacher Training designed to give you a profound understanding of the inner workings of your mind, body, and spirit, while deepening your relationship to the Self.
In this immersive experience, you will dive deep into the ancient wisdom of meditation, mantra, breathwork, and subtle body practices.
Rooted in the profound teachings of the Shiva Sutras, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, and Svabodayamanjari, and grounded in the tradition of non-dual Shaiva Tantra, this training invites you to awaken your innate power and cultivate a heightened sense of awareness as you unveil the depths of this profound tradition.
This training will cover the Ether section of our larger 1000hr curriculum called the Alchemical Path. It can be taken as a stand alone course, or as part of one's 1000hr Certification through Alchemy Yoga and Meditation Center.

Despite the profound benefits that meditation can have on our mental and physical wellbeing, the vast majority of meditative practices are rooted in monastic traditions. This training is grounded in a tradition meant for those living in the world, not for monks or nuns. As such, there is a very accessible and down to earth approach to meditation as a whole. This tradition perfectly speaks to the modern practitioner, acknowledging the complexity that come with living and thriving in the world.
Some prior experience with meditation (of any kind) is expected. This is an intensive training, requiring full commitment Monday through Saturday for two weeks. 100% participation is required to receive certification.
