refund policy

 The participant can pay in full or will be expected to pay a deposit of IDR 4,500,000 to reserve their spot. If the participant opted to pay a deposit, the deadline to pay the remaining balance is 30 days prior to the start date of the training.

If a participant withdraws from the training before it starts, Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center (AYMC) will retain the deposit or a standard fee of 20%, and refund the remaining balance. The retained amount can be applied towards a future training offered by the Facilitator (if available). No refunds will be issued once the training has started.

The Facilitator reserves the right to postpone or cancel any training up to 30 days before the start date. Participants will be notified via email. If the training is postponed and the participant is unable to attend the new dates, AYMC will issue a full refund. If the training is cancelled, AYMC will also issue a full refund. 

special cases

 If a participant is unable to complete the training due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other serious circumstance the participant may reschedule to a future training offered by the Facilitator (if available). 

bad conduct

 No refunds will be given if a participant is removed from the training due to misconduct. Misconduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, bullying, or any behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the training or other participants.
