payment, cancellation & transfer policy
Your place on The Embodied Feminine is confirmed only once your application has been approved and either your deposit or full payment has been received. Acceptance alone does not reserve your place.
Deposit
All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to pay in full at the time of booking, the deposit portion of your payment remains non-refundable.
Final Payment
Any outstanding balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the training begins. If payment is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to release your place and retain the deposit.
Cancellations more than 60 days before the training
If you cancel more than 60 days before the start date, your deposit remains non-refundable. Any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded.

Another training is available within the same calendar year.

any difference in training price is paid by the participant.
Your deposit may instead be transferred once only to another Embodied Feminine training with the same facilitator at Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center, provided that:
Transfers cannot be carried into another calendar year, transferred repeatedly, or held as open-ended credit.
Transferred Bookings
A booking may be transferred once only. If you are unable to attend the training to which your booking has already been transferred, the deposit/credit is forfeited.
If We Cancel the Training
If the training is cancelled by the organisers and an alternative cannot be provided, training fees paid will be refunded. We are not responsible for external costs such as flights, accommodation, meals, transport or other personal expenses, and recommend appropriate travel insurance.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Payment, Cancellation & Transfer Policy.
facilitator-specific terms

Spots are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another individual.

All participants are required to complete an application form. The Facilitator reserves the right to accept or decline applicants to ensure a safe and aligned group container.

Participants acknowledge that this training includes somatic, emotional, and introspective practices, and take full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the training.

No refunds or partial reimbursements will be given for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure from the training.
special cases
If a participant is unable to complete the training due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other serious circumstance the participant may reschedule to a future training offered by the Facilitator (if available).
bad conduct
No refunds will be given if a participant is removed from the training due to misconduct. Misconduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, bullying, or any behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the training or other participants.
