TERMS & CONDITIONS AND WAIVER
Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center - Ubud and Uluwatu
Assumption and Acknowledgment of All Risks:
By agreeing to the terms and conditions of Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center (“AYMC”), either through purchase of classes, events, workshops, trainings, membership or by completing the liability waiver form below, you agree that, on your own behalf, and on the behalf of the listed participants under the age of 18 (“minors”), as their parent, legal guardian or custodian, knowingly, voluntarily, and freely accept and assume any and all risks, both known and unknown, of injuries or other loss or damage that may be suffered while on the AYMC premises, however caused, even if caused in whole or in part by the action, inaction or negligence of AYMC. You represent that you have full authority as parent or legal guardian of the listed minors.
You agree that you understand that risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity and expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks voluntarily existing in these activities. Such risks include, but are not limited to, cuts and bruises, falls, broken bones, injuries to wrists, arms, legs, ankles, backs, heads and necks, injuries from contact with other participants, spinal injuries and/or death, and which may occur as a result of use or misuse of the facility in any way by anyone, use of equipment that malfunctions or breaks, and/or improper maintenance of the facility, grounds, or equipment. Further, you agree to have explained these risks to the listed minors. You certify that you and/or the listed minors are in good physical condition for the activities in which you and/or they will be participating and certify that you and/or they do not have any medical condition that may preclude you and/or them from safely participating.
Waiver of All Claims:
You agree, on your own behalf, and on the behalf of the listed minors, to expressly waive any and all claims, suits or demands for personal injury, property damage or other loss against AYMC, including but not limited to any and all negligence, negligent supervision and/or negligent instruction, faulty equipment, or the activities of others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this waiver is intended to be a complete release of AYMC for any and all responsibility for personal injuries, property damage or loss, or death sustained by me or any of the listed minors on the AYMC property, whether arising out of or resulting from my or their participation in activities, use of equipment, parking lots, premises and facilities. This release applies forever, for any date in the future including today’s date, that I or the listed minors may visit the AYMC facility, and is further binding on the heirs, representatives and estates of the undersigned and minors.
You expressly and voluntarily agree to waive, release, acquit and forever discharge AYMC and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AYMC from and against all claims, damages, injuries, expenses, or death arising out of or resulting from administering of or failing to administer medical assistance to me or any of the listed minors. I
certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage that I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I grant AYMC the right to request emergency medical services for me and/or the listed minors in the event AYMC deem a situation medically necessary and I agree to cover any and all associated expenses.
You agree, for yourself and for the listed minors as their parent, legal guardian or legally authorized custodian, have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. You understand that you have given up substantial rights by signing it, and agree to be bound by its terms for yourself and on behalf of the listed minors. If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable by Indonesian law, the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect.
Information provided will strictly not be shared to third parties for marketing or other such gain. It is solely to establish proof of consent to the terms of this waiver.
Yoga:
If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.
I, the undersigned, understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class. Children are allowed to participate in yoga classes in a case by case basis. Essentially so long as the child can participate and not be disruptive, they are allowed in class. If the child disrupts the class, it’s expected that the parent leaves the class with the child so as not to disrupt further. Children under 8 years old can join for free.
Workshops and Events:
Please note that all purchases are final, non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non returnable. Children under 8 years old can join Ecstatic Dance, Kirtan and other music performances for free.

Drop-in Class: Has a duration of 1 day. Valid for 1 Yoga Class only.
Drop-in Class KITAS/Locals: Has a duration of 1 day. Valid for 1 Yoga Class only. Show your documents to our staff at reception.
5-Class Pass: Has a duration of 14 days. Activates on first use. Valid for 5 Yoga Classes only. Valid in Ubud and Uluwatu.
10-Class Pass: Has a duration of 1 month. Activates on first use. Valid for 10 Yoga Classes only. Valid in Ubud and Uluwatu.
20-Class Pass: Has a duration of 2 months. Activates on first use. Valid for 20 Yoga Classes only. Valid in Ubud and Uluwatu.
30-Days Unlimited: Has a duration of 30 days. Activates on first use. Valid for unlimited number of Yoga Classes. Valid in Ubud and Uluwatu.
Unlimited Yoga for 2024 AYMC Uluwatu & Ubud: Valid until December 31 st , 2024. Activates on first use. Valid for unlimited number of Yoga Classes. 10% Discount on kirtans, ecstatic dance, and workshops: discount does not apply for trainings, immersions, modules.
*Yoga Classes are: Water Class, Earth Class, Air Class, Ether Class, Fire Class, Krama Class, Yin, Flow, Slow Flow, Power Flow, Meditation & Pranayama.
