By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

1. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided in your application is true, accurate, and complete.
Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the scholarship.

2. Eligibility

This scholarship is intended for Indonesian citizens.
AYMC reserves the right to verify eligibility and select applicants at its discretion.

3. Selection Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
All applications will be reviewed, and only selected applicants will be contacted.

All applications must be submitted no later than 6 weeks before the training start date.
Applications received after this deadline may not be considered.

The selected applicant(s) will be:

• Contacted directly using the details provided in the application form

• Publicly announced on AYMC social media channels

The announcement will take place approximately one month before the training start date, on the first working day in Indonesia (excluding weekends and public holidays).

4. Participation Commitment

If selected, you agree to:

• Attend the full duration of the training

• Participate with presence and respect for the space, teachers, and fellow students

Failure to attend or complete the training may result in loss of the scholarship.

5. Scholarship Coverage

The scholarship includes:

• Full training tuition

• One lunch per training day

All other expenses (including accommodation, transportation, and personal costs) are the responsibility of the participant.

 

6. Media & Content Consent

By applying, you agree that AYMC may:

• Use your name, image, and video submission for internal review

• Share selected content (including excerpts from your application or training experience) on platforms such as Instagram and other channels for storytelling and promotional purposes

Your story will always be shared with respect and intention.

7. Testimonial

If selected, you agree to provide one short video testimonial during or after the training, which may be used by AYMC for promotional purposes.

8. Changes & Cancellation

AYMC reserves the right to:

• Modify the scholarship program if necessary

• Cancel or withdraw the scholarship in unforeseen circumstances

9. Agreement
