This Collaboration Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:
Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Center (“Alchemy”) and You (“Collaborator”)

1. Application & Selection

Submitting an application for this collaboration does not guarantee acceptance.

All applications will be carefully reviewed, and only selected collaborators will be contacted by the Alchemy team using the contact details provided in the application form.

Due to the number of applications, we may not be able to respond to all submissions.

 

2. Collaboration Terms

2.1 Financial Contribution

You agree to pay a reduced collaboration fee for participation in the training.

 

2.2 Content Deliverables

As part of this collaboration, you agree to share the following content during and/or after the training:

• 1 Instagram Reel sharing your overall experience

• 1 Carousel Post highlighting the training, environment, and experience

• 6 Instagram Stories during the training

• 1 Final Integration Video reflecting on what the experience gave you

Unless otherwise agreed, these are the standard deliverables. You are warmly encouraged to create and share any additional content that feels natural and aligned with your experience.

All content should:

• Be posted within a reasonable timeframe during or after the training

• Be created and shared in English, unless otherwise agreed in advance

• Tag Alchemy’s relevant accounts (e.g. AYMC Ubud, AYMC Uluwatu, Alchemy Restaurant where applicable)

• Reflect an authentic and respectful representation of your experience

 

3. Participation Commitment

You agree to:

• Attend and participate in the full duration of the training

• Show respect for the space, teachers, and community

• Follow the attendance guidelines in order to receive certification

 

4. What’s Included

As part of this collaboration, you receive:

• Full access to the YTT program

• A full package of Alchemy benefits and student perks, including exclusive discounts across Alchemy’s offerings (classes, workshops, shop, and more)

• One lunch per training day (6 days/week)

 

5. Expenses Not Included

You are responsible for:

• Accommodation

• Transportation

• Personal expenses

 

6. Content Usage Rights

You agree that Alchemy may:

• Repost, share, and use your content across its platforms (Instagram, website, newsletters, etc.) for promotional purposes

 

7. Completion & Agreement Validity

This collaboration is based on mutual commitment.

If you:

• Do not attend or complete the training, or

• Do not fulfill the agreed content deliverables

Alchemy reserves the right to:

• Revoke collaboration benefits

• Request reasonable compensation for the discounted participation

 

8. Communication

Both sides agree to maintain clear, respectful, and open communication throughout the collaboration.

 

9. Optional Ongoing Collaboration

After the training, Alchemy may offer:

• A community discount code for you to share

• Future collaboration opportunities

This is optional and not guaranteed.

 

10. Agreement Duration

This Agreement is valid from the moment of confirmation until:

• Completion of the training

• Completion of agreed content deliverables

By proceeding with this collaboration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
